Charity Event - MA Assist’s Operations Director, Jorge Gonzalo, gift to Fair Trees

On 5th April our Operations Director, Jorge Gonzalo helped us raise money for Fair Trees by losing his flowing locks in a sponsored hair cut or shave off!

For those who know Jorge, he currently has flowing curls which reach way past his neck line approx. 6-8inches long. He has been cultivating this look for approx. 2 years!

This was a shave off with a difference; we need a further £2,500 to reach our overall target of £10,000 for renovating a school in Georgia. So we promised that if we raised over £2,000 Jorge would be getting a 'Krusty the clown'! And he would also wear his new style for the rest of the day including celebrating in the local pub after work!

In the end we smashed our target and raised £3,200! And Jorge kept to his word and let us turn him into Krusty the Clown. The evidence can be seen on MA Assist's Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/MA-Assist/241961312528899

Thank you to all of our wonderful staff, suppliers and clients who helped raise this fantastic sum of money. We can now go ahead and get the school renovation done, and change the lives of some children in real need of help.
