January 2012 has been eventful at MA Assist. Not only have we taken on new client support staff, but we also have an Award winner on our team!

MA Assist appoints Client Development Manager

Jeff Diaz has joined property claims specialists MA Assist Limited in the role of Client Development Manager. His remit is to develop further business from insurers, brokers, niche loss adjusters and affinity clients. He joins from Oriel Services, part of Cunningham Lindsey UK Ltd.

Jeff has worked in a business development and strategic account management capacity, operating within the building claims management sector since the mid-nineties. He also brings with him experience in the home emergency sector and has expertise in non-insurance markets, including local government, housing associations and retail maintenance.

Jeff Diaz said: "This is an exciting time to be joining MA Assist, as the business is growing at a fast rate. MA Assist has a proven track record in building claims management, with a highly credible management team at the helm. I am looking forward to developing new client opportunities as well as strengthening the existing account management team from a CRM perspective."

Melissa Stiglingh wins RSA Individual of the Year Award

We are proud to announce that Melissa Stiglingh, our Client Liaison Manager, was named Individual of the Year by RSA this week. This is a fantastic achievement for Melissa.

Melissa has worked with MA for many years and only recently became our Client Liaison Manager. Paul Hayman said "This Award demonstrates how responsive, flexible and supportive Melissa has been throughout 2011 and it is wonderful that RSA have shown their appreciation in this way. We really value our relationships with our clients and will continue to build on this success with all of our clients. Well done Melissa." 

Matt Weir joins MA Assist as Account Executive

We are also pleased to announce that Matt Weir has joined MA Assist as Account Executive. He will be working with Melissa in building strong customer relationships with our clients.
